This is one of my lunch meals I cooked. It's a mixture of east meet west recipe.
Here I used wheat pasta and cook it with an eastern twist. It's simple, delicious and healthy!

Recipe:
Boil pasta as directed in the packaging.
In an empty bowl add sesame oil, garlic salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Drain the pasta and toss it in the sesame oil mixture.
Then in a different pan, stir fry your garlic till golden.
Add in veggies and cook it till almost done then crack an egg and close the lid.
Let the veggie and egg steam till the egg's are done to your liking.
Serve the veggie and egg with the sesame oil infused pasta.
